Optimal Weights: 165-180g
To fully utilize the Roc3’s capabilities, it is best paired with middle to VERY Heavyweight classes, allowing players to use it for anything from short drives to long putts.
165-169g – Balanced Performance, and more flight distance, but with a lower level of distance precision and wind resistance.
170-174g – Increased Control and Wind Resistance
175-180g – Ultimate control, predictability, and wind-resistance, but with reduced average throw distances.

I am pretty happy with the discs and the service. One thing that I have found challenging is finding lighter weight versions of popular discs. I recently started playing at age 75 so I don’t generate the arm speed of younger players.

We make sure to offer a wide variety of discs in the 140-169g range to ensure players have access to great discs in lighter, more versatile, and farther flying classes.
