Flight Rating Analysis:
Overstable for maximum consistency

The Roc has been used by the Pros to win more PDGA championships than all other Midrange Discs combined, and (along with the Aviar) is one of only two discs we recommend for all players.
Why DX Plastic?
As DX Plastic gets worn-in, it’s flight characteristics slowly change over time. Many players who throw Rocs will carry 3-4 in their bag, each with a different level of wear that produces subtly different flight characteristics.
This makes DX an excellent choice for long-term bag building.
To fully utilize the Roc’s versatility it is best paired with middle-weight class, allowing players to use it for anything from short drives to long putts.
“The number one professional mid-range disc. It is very reliable at the high speeds that pros throw. It ages slowly, becoming an excellent slow turning disc as it wears.” Source
