Why XT Overmold Technology?
XT provides excellent grip in all conditions (even when wet) and a solid feel for clean-releases when putting.
Why 170-175G Weight?
To achieve maximum distance, light-weight discs are the best option. For putting, however, to create the maximum control, wind resistance, and consistency, we recommend the heaviest weight classes possible.  In this case, 170-175g.
