Why Opto Hex Technology?
The hex dimples on the disc a create a thin turbulent boundary layer of air that clings to the disc’s surface.
This reduces the size/power of the dragging vortex of air that forms behind discs, allowing them to maintain their flight speed for longer before slowing.
Recommended Weights: 160-176g
This range of weights provides player flexibility — from longer and faster at the lighter end of the range, to max-control as you approach 176g.
160-164g: This lighter class provides the best distance potential, enhancing Glide for extra long flights.
165-169g: Provides balanced performance, giving players the most versatility.
170-176g: This heavy weight-range provides maximum control and wind-resistance.

Manufacturer’s Description
“Missilen (The Missile in english) was the first Hex disc on the market – and it is FAST. It features hexagon shaped cavities in the surface of both the top of the disc and the bottom of the rim. This pattern has been tested to be the most efficient in reducing drag and making the disc fly extremely fast. The speed is notable especially when the discs lands. Try it and see for yourself exactly how fast this thing goes” Source
