RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
As our name implies, our goal is to provide you with the “best disc golf discs.”
We are very pleased to report that our actual return rate is less than 1%.
However, if for any reason the discs you receive do not fully meet your expectations you can return them to us for a full refund of the purchase price.
Terns and Conditions:
- Customers may request a refund up to 60 days after the date of purchase.
- Refunds will be credited back to the method of payment used (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- Returns will only be accepted on discs that are still in new condition and have never been thrown. If it is determined by Best Disc Golf Discs that the returned disc has been used, no credit will be issued.
- Any paid freight expenses will not be refunded.
- Contact our Customer Service group to request a Return Authorization.
- Customer Service will email the return instructions to you.
- Please allow up to 30 days for complete processing.
